Your training data stays tied to your training.

We collect the information needed to run PeiPei and coach you effectively.

• Account details like your name, email address, login details, and profile settings.
• Training data you add or import, including workouts, mileage, pace, race goals, splits, and related history.
• Health and body metrics you choose to store, such as weight and similar training context.
• Garmin data you choose to import through the Garmin API.
• Chat messages and attachments you send to the AI coach.
• Billing and subscription status. Stripe processes payment card details directly, so we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

We use this data to operate and improve PeiPei.

• Personalize training plans, pacing advice, and recovery guidance.
• Power the AI coach and keep conversations relevant to your goals.
• Understand product usage and improve the app through analytics, including PostHog.
• Provide customer support, billing support, and account security.
• Detect abuse, bugs, and service reliability issues.

We rely on a small set of service providers to run the product. They only get the data needed to perform their role.

• Stripe for subscription billing and payment processing.
• PostHog for product analytics and usage measurement.
• Garmin API when you connect Garmin and import activity data.
• OpenAI and Anthropic to power AI coaching features and plan generation.

We use minimal cookies and similar technologies, mainly to keep you signed in, secure your session, and remember core app settings.

We do not use invasive ad-tech tracking. Most cookie use is session-based and tied to core product functionality.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as long as we need it to provide the service.

You can request access to your data, ask us to delete your account, or delete all associated data. When you delete your account, we will delete or de-identify personal data unless we need to keep limited records for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or billing reasons.

Depending on where you live, including under GDPR and CCPA-style privacy laws, you may have the right to:

• Know what personal data we have about you.
• Request a copy of your data.
• Ask us to correct or delete your data.
• Opt out of certain data uses where the law gives you that right.
• Ask questions about how your data is handled.
