The rules for using PeiPei.

PeiPei is an AI-powered marathon training coach app. It helps you build plans, review training history, chat with a coach, and track progress toward your running goals.

The service includes free features and a paid Pro subscription tier with expanded coaching, full training plans, analytics, and integrations like Garmin sync.

PeiPei is not medical advice. It is also not a licensed doctor, physical therapist, registered dietitian, or certified coach.

AI-generated training plans, recovery suggestions, and coach messages are suggestions only. They are not professional coaching, medical diagnosis, or treatment.

Talk to a doctor before starting or changing any training program, especially if you have an injury, health condition, or unusual symptoms.

PeiPei offers a free tier and a Pro subscription priced at $9.99 per month.

• Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Pro renews automatically each billing cycle unless you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime through the Stripe customer portal from Settings.
• If you cancel, your Pro access continues through the end of the current paid period, then reverts to free features.

You agree not to misuse the app.

• Do not break the law while using PeiPei.
• Do not try to access accounts, data, or systems that are not yours.
• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
• Do not use the AI coach to generate harmful, abusive, or fraudulent content.

We may update, improve, pause, or remove features over time. We try to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may also update these terms as the product changes. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above.

PeiPei is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent allowed by law.

We are not liable for injuries, training outcomes, lost races, lost data, lost profits, or other damages that result from using or being unable to use the service. If the law does not allow that full limitation, liability is limited to the amount you paid PeiPei in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using PeiPei at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the service, or create risk for other users or the platform.

After termination, sections that naturally should survive, like billing obligations, disclaimers, and liability limits, will continue to apply.
